Return & Refund Policy

Our Return Process

The Return & Refund Policy is to be read together with the Terms of Use of the Platform.

You have 2 (two) days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem on Shop Alt’s website with supporting photos and an opening video.

THE FIRST OPENING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE IS MANDATORY AND WITHOUT IT, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.

The opening video should be taken as one continuous shot, starting before opening the package with the shipping label intact and visible and must include clear shots of all sides of the package. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

The Buyer is able to cancel or return an order delivered and initiate a full refund claim for the entire transaction cost, as per the terms set forth in the Terms of Use of the Platform, in the following cases:

(a) the item delivered does not match the listing description of the item and pictures provided by the Seller

(b) any undisclosed defect or damage in the item

(c) the item delivered falls under the list of prohibited or restricted goods in the Prohibited Items Policy (for e.g. counterfeit or inauthentic goods)

(d) an item is missing from the package delivered

(e) the item has not been dispatched by the Seller within 15 days from the placing of an order
